Questions

My shoes are a little tight. What should I do?

On new shoes, we typically find the material gives up to a half size after the first few wears. To speed up the process and avoid any blisters, you may like to wear the shoes around the house with some thick socks for a couple of hours.

Want to try some other easy DIY tips at home? Then read our Co-Founder Jodie’s blog post for some tips on how to stretch your shoes from the comfort of your own home!

Alternatively, you can take the shoes to your local shoe repairer for professional stretching. If you send us the receipt, we will credit your Shoes of Prey account up to $50 USD of the total cost. This can be put towards your next purchase with us.

If your shoes still don't fit, we suggest scheduling a consult with one of our sizing experts who can help you find your perfect fit. We will work with you to remake your shoes up to two times for free or if you’d prefer, provide a refund in full. For more information, refer to our Returns & Remakes Policy.
