How do I track my shoes?

As soon as your shoes are shipped, you'll receive an email from us containing your tracking number. If you’re concerned about your shoes reaching you in time, please contact us and we’ll look into this for you.

If you have requested either a remake or a refund, and want to track the return status, you can find a tracking link in the return/remake confirmation email we sent you. If you can no longer locate the email, please contact Customer Happiness at help@shoesofprey.com.
