We've sometimes found that the designer part of our website can get blocked on work computers, or that the internet browser being used doesn't support our designer. For example if you are using Internet Explorer, especially an older version, it is not able to load the designer properly.
You can check which browser you are using by visiting WhatBrowser. If you can update to the latest version of Internet Explorer, or download Google Chrome or Firefox it should hopefully help solve this problem for you.
